This year was a fun one for Halloween! Kendall knew right away that she wanted to be a princess. I steered her toward a lovely Cinderalla dress that was so cute on her! Braden had a more difficult time trying to decide what he wanted to be. He really wanted to be Scooby-Doo, but he didn't want his own face to show and there weren't any costumes that worked for him. He decided to be Wolverine. It took FOREVER for his costume to arrive, but when it did it was totally worth the wait! Avery told me she wanted to be a butterfly, so that's what she was :) I dressed up for the first time this year as half of a "Best Friends" heart. The students and staff at Columbus didn't quite get it...good thing I wore the "Friends" part and not the "Best" part! People may have gotten some strange ideas about my vanity!!

Kendall and me before school. She has fruit snacks in her teeth!

Me looking sad without my "other half"
On Saturday we went Trick-or-Treating at the Rodgers' neighborhood. The daddies took the older kids and Jaycie and I hung out with the babies and handed out candy. After a while, we headed back to our house with the Rodgers' and were joined by Uncle Nana, Aunt Kelsi, and the girls. A good time was had by all!!

Avery the butterfly

All of the big kids: Jedi, Wolverine, Tiana, and Cinderella

Avery again. Couldn't stop taking pictures of the cute little thing!

Finally the whole heart! We may have to drag this one out again next year!!
